Come let the sounds and vibrations of the singing bowls and other instruments quiet the mind, ease tension, and help you settle into a place of deep rest. Being outside in nature deepens the sound bath experience – the open air and greenery of Mill River Park create a natural backdrop for this kind of stillness.
