A Guided Healing Experience

The healing power of the breath has been known for thousands of years. Ancient cultures understood the connection between the breath, mind, and body, and used deliberate patterns of breathing to support physical, emotional, and mental well-being. As a Level 5 breathwork practitioner, certified through David Elliott’s Healer Training, I guide clients in using this simple, continuous breathing technique to reduce stress and anxiety, enhance concentration, and balance emotions. During a guided breathwork session, our focus is on conscious, connected breathing. The rhythm is continuous and circular, without pauses between the inhale and the exhale. No. I invite you to wear any type of clothing you are most comfortable in, such as leggings, sweat pants, and a loose top or shirt.
Physical sensations may include tingling, vibrations, temperature shifts, or muscle tension as energy moves through the body. Clients often report feeling lighter, calmer, and more open after a session.
Yes! I am available to meet with clients for breathwork sessions one-on-one or in groups in-person (in the tri-state area) as well as virtually.
