EXPERIENCE THE HEALING POWER OF GUIDED BREATHWORK IN-PERSON OR VIRTUALLY
A Guided Healing Experience
THE BENEFITS OF BREATHWORK
During a guided breathwork session, our focus is on conscious, connected breathing. The rhythm is continuous and circular, without pauses between the inhale and the exhale. This powerful practice helps clear blocked energy, release old patterns of tension, trauma, and pain, and reconnect you with your natural state of love and vitality.
The many benefits of breathwork include:
Stress and anxiety reduction: Conscious breathing interrupts looping thoughts and brings presence.
Clarity and focus: Breathwork often brings insights about relationships, life purpose, or unresolved issues.
Greater resilience: Processing emotions consciously makes it easier to handle life’s challenges without being overwhelmed.
Intuitive awakening: Breathwork can heighten creativity, self-awareness, and intuition, as well as foster a deep spiritual connection
What to Expect During Your Breathwork Session:
OPENING/GROUNDING
We will begin with intention setting, meditation, or light discussion to create a safe, focused environment.
INSTRUCTION
I will guide you in a simple breathing pattern, inhaling deeply through the mouth into the belly, then into the chest, and exhaling fully through the mouth. The focus is on continuous, connected breathing with no pause between inhale and exhale. Breathing through the mouth versus the nose helps facilitate letting go of thoughts.
ACTIVE BREATHING
This is usually 20 minutes of guided breathwork, often accompanied by music or sound instruments. It is most effective to lie down, with an eye mask, as I coach you to stay with the breath and move through resistance.
INTEGRATION
The active breathing phase is followed by a quiet period for relaxation, reflection, or journaling.
EMOTIONAL RELEASE
Unprocessed grief, anger, fear, or joy can rise to surface and move out through the breath. Many people cry, laugh, or vocalize during the process, while others experience visions. All feelings and emotions are welcome, and part of the healing process.
