WHAT IS MINDFULNESS MEDITATION?
Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present in the moment. When we are mindful, we are aware of what’s going on around us while staying connected to our inner thoughts and feelings. When we meditate, we venture into and explore the workings of our minds – our thoughts, emotions and sensations – without a fixed destination.

Mindfulness meditation combines the concepts of mindfulness and meditation. Staying present is essential to keeping us from getting overwhelmed by daily stresses – and maintaining optimal health and wellness. As a certified Mindfulness Meditation practitioner, trained by the Radical Compassion Institute with Jack Kornfeld and Tara Brach, I work with clients to help them become more aware of their thoughts and to stay grounded and focused on what matters most in their lives.
Benefits of Mindfulness Meditation
Practicing mindfulness meditation means suspending judgment and approaching the world with curiosity. When we meditate, we do so with an attitude of kindness and openness to ourselves and others. We are not trying to change anything – we are simply becoming aware of what is going on without judging it as good or bad.
Relaxation is often a natural by-product as we become familiar with practicing mindfulness. Other benefits can include:

Improving brain function
By boosting activity in the left side of the brain and the cerebral cortex, mindfulness meditation can help enhance your ability to concentrate and maintain attention on specific tasks.
Reducing Depression Symptoms
Mindfulness meditation can be combined with cognitive therapy to help balance negative thought patterns with more positive ones.
Relieving Stress and Anxiety
By becoming more aware of your thoughts and feelings, you can learn to manage stress and anxiety more effectively.
Easing Chronic Pain
Mindfulness meditation techniques have been successful in helping some people cope with chronic pain and achieve more active lifestyles.ONE-ON-ON MINDFULNESS MEDITATION SESSIONS

This series is ideal for corporate or private events.

- Session 2: Being Fully Human-Working with Emotions. This session explores how mindfulness helps us meet emotions with awareness and compassion.
- Session 3: The Wise Heart. We’ll deepen the integration of mindfulness and compassion, cultivating kindness toward yourself and others.

This immersive retreat was created with that need in mind. It offers a welcoming environment where you can step away from the noise of daily demands and reconnect with your body, breath, and inner clarity.

This retreat isn’t just for individuals - it’s also a powerful experience for a corporate or private event. Whether you're planning a wellness day, a leadership reset, or a retreat with a shared intention, the format can be tailored to meet your goals.
It can be delivered in person for the most immersive experience, or virtually to accommodate remote participants and flexible schedules.
