Mindfulness Meditation Private Coaching, Group Classes & Corporate Workshops/Retreats

Welcome to a space of grounded stillness and inner clarity. I offer guidance to help you slow down, reconnect, and find calm within the chaos. Whether you’re new to meditation or deepening an existing practice, each session is intentionally crafted to support your journey inward. Through personalized mindfulness coaching, group meditations, and corporate wellness workshops, I will help you find presence, balance, and lasting resilience. Together, we’ll create a sacred pause in your everyday life.

WHAT IS MINDFULNESS MEDITATION?

Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present in the moment. When we are mindful, we are aware of what’s going on around us while staying connected to our inner thoughts and feelings. When we meditate, we venture into and explore the workings of our minds – our thoughts, emotions and sensations – without a fixed destination.

Mindfulness meditation combines the concepts of mindfulness and meditation. Staying present is essential to keeping us from getting overwhelmed by daily stresses – and maintaining optimal health and wellness. As a certified Mindfulness Meditation practitioner, trained by the Radical Compassion Institute with Jack Kornfeld and Tara Brach, I work with clients to help them become more aware of their thoughts and to stay grounded and focused on what matters most in their lives.

Benefits of Mindfulness Meditation

Practicing mindfulness meditation means suspending judgment and approaching the world with curiosity. When we meditate, we do so with an attitude of kindness and openness to ourselves and others. We are not trying to change anything – we are simply becoming aware of what is going on without judging it as good or bad.

Relaxation is often a natural by-product as we become familiar with practicing mindfulness. Other benefits can include:

ONE-ON-ON MINDFULNESS MEDITATION SESSIONS

Individual sessions are a deeply tailored way to explore mindfulness at your own pace. Held in a calming space, these one-on-one experiences are personalized to meet you exactly where you are – whether you’re navigating stress, seeking emotional clarity, or simply desiring for a deeper connection to the present moment. Each session weaves together practices to help you cultivate inner stillness and resilience in your daily life. This is your time to exhale, be seen, and return to yourself.

Group & Corporate Events

My workshops and retreats are designed to introduce your group or employees to mindfulness meditation practices they can use immediately and make a part of their daily routine. Benefits range from relieving stress and improving focus to fostering creative problem-solving and increasing productivity. Events can be facilitated in person or virtually and may include homework, follow up and optional ongoing support.

Harmonious Healing group events can be tailored to your specific needs – or you can create a custom event for your company or organization. Rates are dependent on location, the number of participants, and any special arrangements you may request.

MINDFULNESS MEDITATION FACTS

One of the ways I help clients achieve stillness is by using anchors like the breath, body scan or by repeating a mantra. I also teach alternative ways to meditate through different types of movement.

The most common anchors are the breath, a body scan, or a mantra. We will explore what works best for you.

Mindfulness meditation is not about emptying your mind or being utterly undistracted. It means being aware of thoughts, feelings and emotions, and noticing how they come and go like clouds in the sky. When the mind becomes scattered, anchors are used as a stabilizing force to help you become centered.
The benefits of meditation can be achieved in as little as a few minutes each day! You can meditate anytime and anywhere that you feel comfortable and at peace, so it’s easy to incorporate into even the busiest schedule.
There is a well-known saying, “You are not your thoughts.” I teach loving kindness meditations which facilitate the process of sitting with all of your thoughts and feelings and experiencing the benefits of awareness. If something becomes too painful, it is okay to pause or stop the meditation.
