I arrived in Cairo, Egypt on October 28th, and spent four days touring the ancient sites prior to joining a small group pilgrimage put together by one of my sound bath mentors, Shehera Barnes of Anahata Holistic Healing, and Rabie Khaled, founder of Unknown Egypt Travel.
What is a pilgrimage?
A pilgrimage is a journey, often into an unknown or foreign place, where a person goes in search of new or expanded meaning about their self, others, nature, or a higher good. It can lead to profound personal transformations.
What is a Sacred union?
It is a returning to yourself. And when we return to ourselves, we also return to humanity as a whole. The most important relationship we’ll ever have is the one with ourselves. The ultimate sacred union is the one that’s been waiting within.
Sacred Union is the merging of our separate parts into wholeness. It’s the union of the etheric body, heart, and soul or the Ka, Ab and the Ba, as well as the marriage of the masculine and feminine within us. It is our inner alchemy to total and unconditional love, and mastery on this planet as conscious beings.
Egyptian Mysteries and the Neteru of Egypt are calling us to open our hearts and reconnect with our divine natures. When we merge the separate parts of ourselves into one, we experience the sacred marriage between spirit and human – a shift from ego into soul purpose. This union is a spiritual experience where you are exalted by God, joining God as closely as is possible for you and experiencing true Oneness.
The God’s of ancient Egypt are calling us home. It is time to remember the Neteru and build the bridge to higher consciousness by remembering ourselves.
A Spiritual Journey
For 9 days, we embarked on a once in a lifetime pilgrimage and journey to Egypt, where I delved into the mysteries of 11 sacred sites. There were daily ceremonies, rituals, workshops, and healing circles, as I connected with the divine through yoga, meditation, sound activations, and the exploration of the profound energies of the Sacred Union within connecting to my divine nature.
Egypt is the most magical spiritual destination on the planet, and it holds the key to the truth of the universe. It is also one of the first civilizations to use sound for healing. The journey through the enchanting land of Egypt is where ancient mystery teachings and temple codes converge with the sacred geometry woven into the very fabric of temples and pyramids. As I entered each temple and walked on sacred sites, my unique sacred geometry converged with that of the land and created a new alchemy. I delved into the metaphysical realm, communed with the elementals, and attuned to the seven chakras of the Nile River. I navigated the energetic vortexes encircling the temples and pyramids as I stepped into the ancient Egyptian lands, unlocking the secrets of eternal life and rediscovering the divine magic within as a god or goddess. With each step upon sacred grounds, the stones beneath my feet and the air around me, I became a conduit, reactivating my essence, opening a gateway to a new realm of wisdom and positive energy.
On this mystical land, with the Hermetic teachings and the Egyptian deities, embarking on a pilgrimage through the sacred sites of ancient Egypt was not merely a journey; it was a conscious evolution, a process of shedding illusions and rediscovering my authentic self, reclaiming my inner power through the Neteru whose essence is inextricably woven in our DNA. This remembrance broke through the veils that have always separated the gods from most human beings and created a bridge to my ancient family and ancestors which assisted in an evolutionary journey. The temple walls, adorned with ancient symbols and wisdom, conceal the mysteries of ages and harbor higher levels of energy and light within them. As I traversed the corridors, engaged with the images, and connected with the walls, the dormant codes of light within were awakened—and I became a conduit of light, a guardian of ancient wisdom and truth
During the powerful 9-day sacred pilgrimage, I journeyed the realm of the Egyptian Neteru, or the Gods and Goddesses, and the magnificent temples and complexes built by the Ancients. These key sites are situated in high-energy points in the earth’s surface, designed to magnify my well-being, intuition, connection and powers.
The pilgrimage began on November 2nd in Aswan where we started with an intention setting ceremony at sunset.
These are the temples where we had activated healing sessions during the 9-day journey
Day 1
It began at the original Isis temple where each of us were “initiated” with a water ceremony.
Next, we visited the spectacular “new” Isis temple.
We then boarded the beautiful Kemetale boat for our 3-day journey from Aswan to Luxor on the magical Nile River. It was an intimate boat with only 20 rooms. We meditated, dined, and bonded on the boat while sailing down the magical Nile River, making stops at temples along the way.
Day 2
On the second day, we visited the Kom Ombo Temple.
Day 3
The Temple of Horus was the stop on our third day.
Day 4
The fourth stop was the Edfu Temple.
Day 5
On the fifth day, we visited the Khnum Temple.
Day 6
Day 6’s stop was the Habu Temple and Hatshepsut Temple.
Day 7
We visited the Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple on Day 7.
Day 8
Day 8 was the Temple of Hathor.
Day 9
On the last day, we had a one-hour private viewing of the Sphinx at sunset.
On the sacred date of 11/11 we had the privilege of a private two-hour session inside the chambers of the Great Pyramid, culminating with a special sound session in the king’s chamber in the sarcophagus.
The sarcophagus in the Great Pyramid holds profound spiritual significance, symbolizing transformation, rebirth, and connection to higher realms. Unlike traditional burial chambers, it was not designed to house a body but served as a sacred tool for spiritual practices. Positioned within the King’s Chamber, the sarcophagus is aligned with powerful energy fields, enabling ancient initiates to use it as a portal for astral travel or spiritual ascension. Through this connection, they sought access to higher dimensions and divine wisdom.
Spiritually, the sarcophagus embodies the process of death and rebirth. It represents the shedding of old aspects of the self (symbolic death) and the emergence of a renewed, spiritually awakened being. Initiates would lie in the sarcophagus to undergo this energetic transformation, embracing it as part of their path toward enlightenment.
During the ceremony we held in the Great Pyramid on 11/11, the sarcophagus became a sacred vessel for profound spiritual transformation. At the heart of the Great Pyramid, the sarcophagus serves as a gateway to the soul’s eternal purpose. The entire structure symbolizes the human journey toward enlightenment, and the sarcophagus acts as the sacred space where profound spiritual transformation and divine connection occur.
As I lay within it, I embodied the timeless process of death and rebirth, surrounded by the powerful energies of the King’s Chamber. In this sacred space, I was handed my etheric alchemical gold heart by Amun Ra himself—a powerful act of purification and renewal. This golden heart symbolized my return to wholeness, free of past wounds, hurts, and traumas, filled with light, and as weightless as Ma’at’s feather. In this state of purity, I was prepared to step fully into my divine essence.
This trip profoundly affected me. On the evening of November 2nd, we began with a ceremony on the roof top of the Ben Ben Hotel in Aswan, by introducing ourselves and setting our intentions for the spiritual journey. My intention was to manifest a meaningful relationship with a special person who has been in and out of my life for the last six years. While I lay in the sarcophagus, I felt the divine and left rebirthed and renewed. I realized that despite my initial intention regarding a much-desired relationship, I needed to let go of what no longer served me— and start anew! I was literally cleansed and reborn!
