Sound Baths for Corporate Groups
Sound baths offer a full-body experience of rest and reset. Using crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, and other vibrational tools, I guide participants into a calm state – something many don’t realize they need until they feel it.
The vibrations produced by these instruments move through the body, helping to release areas of tension and energetic holding, gently break up stress-related blockages, and support recalibration of the nervous system. This process encourages the body to shift out of chronic stress responses and into a state of greater ease, clarity, and coherence, allowing participants to return to their work feeling restored, grounded, and more present.
These sessions are ideal for workplace wellness days, leadership retreats, and offsite gatherings – and can stand alone or be paired with mindfulness for a more layered experience.
- In-Person: The most immersive option – perfect for corporate team building, stress relief, and intentional goal-setting. These sessions allow participants to fully experience the depth of therapeutic sound in a shared physical space.
- Virtual: Designed for hybrid or remote teams, offering a deeply restorative experience no matter the setting. Virtual sessions offer many of the same restorative benefits while providing greater accessibility and flexibility.
- Flexible Delivery: Sessions can be held on-site at your office, off-site, or as part of a larger corporate retreat. Virtual offerings may also be integrated into existing wellness programming, making it easy to support teams across locations and schedules.

Drawing on my training through the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program (MMTCP), each sound bath offering can be tailored to meet the needs of your team and organization.
- Four-Part Mindfulness Series: A weekly progression that builds understanding and practice over time. This series can be offered in person or virtually, making it accessible for in-office, hybrid, or fully remote teams. Each session includes practical, actionable tools that employees can immediately integrate into their daily routines and continue practicing independently at home—supporting ongoing stress management, focus, and emotional regulation well beyond the sessions themselves.
- Day-Long Retreat: A full-day immersive experience blending movement, meditation, reflection, and integration. This format is most effective in person, allowing participants to step away from daily demands and fully engage in movement, meditation, reflection, and restorative practices. When weather permits, retreats may also be held outdoors, further supporting nervous system regulation, creativity, and overall well-being.
- Customizable Mindfulness Programs: Workshop programs can be tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of your organization.
