A sound bath practitioner and mindfulness meditation facilitator.
My passion is to empower people to connect with their authentic selves and help cultivate inner peace and harmony . My sound baths are designed to help my clients relax, reduce stress and clear away any blocks that may be obstacles that may be preventing them from living their best lives.
Through personal experience and my work with clients, I have witnessed how sound baths and mindfulness mediation can be powerful tools for decreasing pain, managing anxiety and depression, and improving focus and productivity – both personally and professionally

As a certified health coach, I look at wellness from a “big picture” perspective – addressing aspects ranging from nutrition, exercise, and sleep to relationships, work, and finances to guide clients in setting and achieving goals for a healthy, well-balanced life.RECOVERY COACHING
