A behind-the-scenes look at my Integrated Wellness & Healing offering
When people hear the words health coaching or holistic wellness, they often imagine meal plans, meditation checklists, or something else they’re supposed to add to an already full life.
That’s not how I work.
My Integrated Wellness & Healing Package was created for people who may be carrying a lot — emotionally, physically, or logistically — as well as for those who are simply ready to deepen their wellbeing, feel more aligned, and proactively improve their health and quality of life.
A Client-Centered Journey
My background allows me to bridge two worlds that are often kept separate: structured health coaching and intuitive, somatic healing practices. While many holistic practitioners focus primarily on a single modality, my work is anchored in coaching frameworks that support accountability and sustainable change, while drawing on sound healing, Reiki, breathwork, and mindfulness meditation to support regulation, integration, and emotional balance.
This means clients are not simply receiving a session — they are engaging in a personalized, evolving process designed to meet them exactly where they are and support meaningful, lasting transformation.
Health Coaching Is the Foundation for Integrated Wellness & Healing
I offer health coaching as a stand-alone service. However, this integrated package was created because I saw how much deeper the work can go when coaching is paired with healing modalities.
Health coaching provides structure, clarity, and accountability. The healing work supports integration, nervous system regulation, and embodiment. Together, they allow change to land not just cognitively, but physically and emotionally.
Beginning With a Holistic Foundation
All of my clients begin with a comprehensive intake process, which includes detailed intake forms and a Circle of Life assessment. This holistic framework was popularized by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) where I completed my health coaching training, and it serves as an important foundation for my work.
The Circle of Life offers a visual snapshot of balance across areas such as health, home environment, relationships, career, joy, and spirituality. Rather than using this tool as a checklist or prescription, I use it as a starting point for conversation and discernment — helping us identify what wants attention first and what may be out of balance. You can explore the original Circle of Life framework here:

From this foundation, I expand the work through my background and training in sound healing, Reiki, mindfulness meditation, and other holistic practices — creating a unique, comprehensive, and deeply integrative healing program.
A Real-Life Integrated Wellness Client Example
To explain how this work unfolds in real life, I want to share an example inspired by a recent client (details changed for privacy). We’ll call her Sally.
When Sally and I began working together, she didn’t come in asking for a nutrition plan or a wellness routine. She wanted to feel better in her body and her life — but it wasn’t immediately clear what needed attention first.
Meeting the Client Where She Truly Was
Going into my first session with Sally (name changed for privacy), I arrived with a thoughtful plan based on her intake forms and Circle of Life assessment. I anticipated that we might begin by focusing on meditation, mindfulness, nutrition, or lifestyle habits.
But when I arrived at her space, it became immediately clear that her living environment was what needed attention first. Being physically present in her home revealed how significantly it was affecting her sleep, nervous system, and overall sense of wellbeing.
Sally was sharing a room with her 95-year-old mother and had very little space of her own. The absence of personal space was impacting both her sleep and her ability to maintain a consistent meditation practice. Together, we worked on a thoughtful plan to shift the environment in ways that supported rest, privacy, and a greater sense of calm
What initially appeared to be about decorating or rearranging a room turned out to be about much more fundamental needs. By setting aside my original agenda and truly meeting her where she was, we were able to focus on changes that directly supported sleep, created space for meditation, and restored a sense of safety, calm, and grounding.
This flexibility — the willingness to adjust in real time — is central to how I work. Environment matters. Where and how we live has a profound impact on overall wellness.
Healing Sessions as Integration
Alongside coaching, healing sessions such as sound healing, Reiki, breathwork, and guided meditation support rest, integration, and nervous system regulation. These sessions are not about doing more; they are about allowing the body to settle and restore.
The holistic healing sessions that follow health coaching are thoughtfully curated based on what has emerged in previous sessions. Each healing experience is designed to reinforce the client’s current needs — whether that is nervous system regulation, emotional processing, grounding, or integration — allowing the work to build cohesively over time rather than existing as separate experiences.
Where This Integrated Work Takes Place
Sessions may take place in my healing studio or in a client’s home, depending on what feels most supportive and appropriate. Working within a client’s own environment can offer valuable insight and allow the coaching and healing work to integrate directly into daily life.
Alternatively, some clients prefer a dedicated, neutral space away from their daily environment — a place that feels safe, contained, and intentionally separate from everyday responsibilities. The setting can shift over time, depending on what best supports the client’s needs in each phase of the work. All services may also be offered virtually.
Support Between Wellness and Healing Sessions
Change doesn’t only happen during sessions. Between sessions, clients receive gentle check-ins, curated resources, and compassionate accountability. Even small steps are acknowledged as meaningful progress.
Why a Six-Month Container Matters
Sustainable change takes time. A six-month container allows space for stabilization, integration, and meaningful, lasting transformation.
What’s Included in the Integrated Wellness & Healing Package
Each month includes:
• Two one-hour health coaching sessions
• Two one-hour healing sessions (sound healing, Reiki, breathwork, or meditation)
• Between-session support via email or text
• Curated resources aligned with client goals
Who This Package Is For
This package is designed for individuals who want thoughtful, personalized, and sustainable support — whether they are navigating stress or simply seeking to deepen their wellbeing and vitality.
A Final Thought
Integrated wellness and healing work is not about fixing yourself. It’s about creating enough support — internally and externally — so your life can reorganize itself in ways that feel aligned, grounded, and sustainable.
