Set along the peaceful waters of Peconic Bay, this intimate outdoor experience at a private home will invite you to slow down, soften, and reconnect through the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, mindfulness, breathwork, and guided meditation.
As the sun begins to set over the bay, you’ll be immersed in a calming sound journey designed to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, reflection, and renewal.
