A restorative day of meditation, mindful movement, silence, and reflection designed to cultivate calm, clarity, and presence.
Step away from the pace of daily life and give yourself a full day to pause, reset, and reconnect.
This immersive day-long retreat offers a spacious and supportive environment in which to deepen your mindfulness practice and cultivate greater presence, compassion, and embodied awareness. Throughout the day, you will be guided through a thoughtfully balanced combination of meditation, mindful movement, silence, and reflective inquiry.
Practices will include:
• Guided mindfulness meditation
• Walking, standing, and silent meditation
• Mindful movement for grounding and embodiment
• A chakra-based, lightly guided meditation
• Drum-guided meditation followed by silence
• Mindful eating during the lunch break
• Reflection, group inquiry, and opportunities for questions
The retreat is designed for both those who are new to mindfulness and experienced practitioners seeking a day of renewal and deeper practice. No previous meditation experience is necessary.
The day will unfold gently, with periods of guided practice, movement, rest, silence, and reflection. The schedule may adjust slightly to best support the needs and energy of the group.
Led by Lisa Cooper, founder of Harmonious Healing, who completed the two-year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program taught by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach.
Come as you are and leave feeling more grounded, centered, and connected to yourself.
