This four-part live virtual workshop series offers a grounded, compassionate introduction to mindfulness meditation. Whether you are new to meditation or seeking to deepen an existing practice, this series provides practical tools to support presence, emotional awareness, and resilience in daily life.

Rooted in the teachings of Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, and informed by Lisa Cooper’s completion of the two-year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program (MMTCP), the series blends experiential practice, accessible teaching, and reflective inquiry.

Mindfulness invites us to meet life as it is—with steadiness, kindness, and clarity. Whether you believe in heaven, reincarnation, or simply the peace that comes from living with integrity, this practice offers a sense of hope that extends beyond the challenges of the present moment.

Each session builds on the previous one while also standing on its own. No prior meditation experience is required.
